Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent with booking details and itinerary.
- It is your responsibility to check the details and inform us of any errors.
Payment Terms
- We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 50% should be paid before or on the day of travel.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by customer:
- 7+ days before travel: 80% refund
- 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Cancellation by GoDelhiGo.in due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural calamities or vehicle issues): Full refund or rescheduling option offered.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Vehicles provided are clean, well-maintained, and driven by experienced drivers.
- Vehicle type (AC Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller) is subject to availability and package type.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings inside the vehicle.
- Misbehavior with driver or staff may lead to trip termination without refund.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
- Tour inclusions such as transport, fuel, tolls, and driver charges are specified clearly in each package.
- Meals, entry tickets, guide services, and personal expenses are not included unless mentioned.
Hotel & Stay (If Applicable)
- Hotel stays are arranged in standard/deluxe properties based on the chosen package.
- Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per the hotel policy.
- Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Guests must carry valid ID proofs during travel.
- Please adhere to the scheduled itinerary. Unscheduled changes may incur additional costs.
- Consumption of alcohol or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer
- GoDelhiGo.in is not responsible for any delay, damage, injury, or loss caused due to traffic, weather conditions, or third-party negligence.
- While we strive to provide accurate information, tour schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy Policy
- Personal details shared during booking are used strictly for communication and booking purposes.
- We do not sell or misuse your data.
Dispute & Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
